Invisalign Clear Aligners

Invisalign uses a series of custom-made, removable clear aligners to gradually move teeth into a healthier, more desirable position. Treatment may help address certain alignment and bite concerns while also supporting overall dental health and improving the appearance of your smile. Dr. Griffin was one of the early dentists in the Louisville area to offer Invisalign and has many years of experience with the evaluation of the bite and incorporation of Invisalign into comprehensive dental care.

Solea Laser Dentistry

Solea is an advanced dental laser that can be used for a variety of dental procedures, including treating cavities, gingival recontouring and certain periodontal (gum) procedures. In many cases, treatment can be completed with little to no discomfort and without the need for local anesthetic-meaning no injection and no lingering numbness. Solea may also be used for palatal tissue treatment in appropriate cases to help address certain types of snoring. Every situation is different, and Dr. Griffin will determine whether Solea is appropriate for your individual needs.

Dental Anxiety & Comfort

If dental visits make you nervous, please tell us. There is no judgement here. We’ll listen to your concerns, explain what to expect, and work with you to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

For guests who need additional help feeling comfortable, we offer oral conscious sedation when appropriate. A medication is used to help reduce anxiety while allowing you to remain responsive during your visit. Dr. Griffin will review your health history and medications to determine whether oral conscious sedation is appropriate for you.

Bite & Jaw Therapy

The way your teeth come together can affect comfort, function, and the health of your teeth and jaw. For appropriate guests, Dr. Griffin offers MAGO splint therapy to help evaluate the bite and address certain bite- and jaw-related concerns. Depending on what is learned during treatment, additional care may be recommended to help create a more stable, comfortable bite. This may include orthodontic treatment, restorative dentistry such as crowns, or EMFACE therapy when appropriate. Recommendations are always based on your individual symptoms, dental health, and needs.

Emergency Dental Care

Dental emergencies happen when you least expect it. If you’re experiencing pain, swelling, a broken tooth, or another urgent dental concern, please call our office directly. We provide same-day emergency dental care whenever possible and will do our best to help you as quickly as we can.

Dentistry Centered Around You

No two guests are exactly alike, and neither are their dental needs. Dr. Griffin will take the time to understand your concerns, evaluate your dental and overall health, and explain the treatment options available to you. We’ll provide our recommendations and answer your questions, but the decisions about your care are always yours.

Your health. Your choices. Our guidance.
